BPD affects 0.6% of the population because it’s dissociative PTSD. EUPD is rejection sensitivity dysphoria, NOT BPD.

I’ve been to many BPD groups and whilst there, having ADHD myself, I could only see myself surrounded by neurodivergents with rejection sensitivity dysphoria. There were one or two people with real BPD (dissociative PTSD) like me, but I realised when they changed the labels and watching other peoples experiences of getting diagnosed with EUPD and every single person diagnosed with EUPD told me I don’t have it and I was attacked on TikTok I thought to myself, what have they done?

They’ve confused rejection sensitivity dysphoria as part of ADHD (only some people with ADHD get RSD), with real dissociative PTSD (BPD).

I know this because I trialled it on my recent ex partner who has ADHD – his BPD scores were 55 at the time, mine were 12. He has RSD.

Another way to prove it is, watch the amber heard vs Johnny Depp trial. Amber heard didn’t have BPD (dissociative PTSD), but yet she was diagnosed with BPD because of RSD. Basically, by ignoring neurodivergence, abused women have been left to suffer to deteriorate. Amber heard didn’t have my symptoms. She had RSD symptoms in her relationship with Johnny Depp. Why does this matter?

Because real BPD sufferers (dissociative PTSD) can’t risk being diagnosed with it because it’s the wrong treatment approach for their needs. They’ll be forced to admit they’re the problem for the abuse they’ve had to carry with them without getting the necessary trauma focused therapy to recover.

That’s when I noticed the mental health team have been neglecting real victims of abuse and making them develop CPTSD.

It’s damaging.

And that’s where I’m trapped by the system. I’m waiting patiently for them to realise, but whether they do or not is a different story. I just have to pay for my needs until the NHS mental health system fixes their mistakes.

So yeah I don’t have EUPD. But I do have BPD. Just not EUPD. They messed it up ages ago and I just sort of thought wtf are you doing? There’s a reason BPD comes and goes you know, because it’s PTSD. Why do you think 4 different services who didn’t know each other diagnosed me with PTSD in 2018 but at the exact same time the MH team said BPD?

I have BPD alongside my ADHD and CPTSD. Real BPD. Unfortunately, we can no longer access the help we need from trauma. And it damages the brain.

I can’t attend groups for their mistakes it’s the wrong treatment approach for my needs.

Until they fix it, I’m not interested.

This is what’s being put under the BPD label when BPD is dissociative PTSD

I’ve had it with the system. I do not have your new label of EUPD. That’s above.

This…..

Is BPD:
