I thought I was bipolar since the age of 9 when I had my first poem published in a book, because I’d go to the library quite a lot. Was I right? I was born neurodivergent and if it really was bipolar then it’s connected with creative expression and ADHD and the INFJ personality type. I kept telling the mental health team I had bipolar in England since I was a teenager. They said “no you don’t, people don’t know they have it”.

I was told today by the mental health team that I have to reach a stable baseline to engage in trauma therapy. Is this BPD, CPTSD, or PTSD?
