Tips on how NOT to get arrested during a manic episode.

  1. If you don’t break the law intentionally, you know what I mean you can have a wee little dance around the system. The police will look after you, trust me. They’re your friends as long as you’re not violent. They’ll just high five you and encourage you to change the mental health system so they don’t have to be the first responders.

  11. Create create create pace pace pace laugh laugh laugh and then when it’s over and they kick you out of the town for trying to change the mental health system during your mania and ptsd attacks, go back to work and act like everything is fine. Until a next episode is triggered. 😂😂
  12. I’m royally messed up now because I now have CPTSD. Not what I wanted, it’s horrendous.
  13. But I’m just picking up the pieces of a lifelong history that England ignored. And it’s scary for me. And bipolar is a serious condition it ruins the body, it’s also a physical illness. I’m now underweight.
  14. They had a go at me on their lines a few days ago for having manic symptoms that’s listed on the bipolar disorder website.
  15. It ruins the bones and everything.
