Many people accuse the INFJ of being narcissistic. This is because a true INFJ is neurodivergent, in the same way an ENFP is neurodivergent. Narcissism is a term that’s misused in society. If you perceive someone to be a narcissist or have antisocial personality disorder or narcissistic personality disorder in men they are more likely to have ADHD in the same women will be perceived as having borderline personality disorder or complex post traumatic stress disorder. They could have CPTSD or BPD but it’s more likely to be neurodivergence if they are born with BPD traits, or CPTSD from prolonged trauma. Both can occur together.
An INFJ is extremely rare in women. Statistics show that people have more chance of being hit by lightning than meeting a true INFJ.
The INFJ often comes from two parents who are polar opposites of the same archetype. The archetype being ADHD.
As their personality forms they absorb both of their traits to create a paradox that humanity does not understand. This enables them to seek comfort in their unconscious mind which most people never reach.
They are often alone, the black sheep of the family, will appear fine on the outside, appear as though they have multiple personalities at once, when in fact if they are in what’s called an ni-ti loop the personalities of an INFJ can change.
This means they can express temporary narcissistic and borderline traits.
Their minds rush with ideas, and they can’t explain to people how they are thinking. They say it’s automatic like a spirit is writing the words for them and all they’re doing is observing from the outside.
They are built on trauma, were born with genetic trauma, and are easily susceptible to abuse due to their kind nature.
When an INFJ takes as much trauma they can take, they often develop a condition called CPTSD.
This looks like BPD on the outside, but it’s not.
CPTSD is a serious condition that arises out of prolonged psychological abuse which can include gaslighting the INFJ’s needs, emotional manipulation within the family, or unprocessed traumas.
The INFJ is a sensitive soul so has to be alone to function well, and prefers solitude over groups and friendships. They are easily triggered by external abusive events because they carry a lot of trauma within them which can explode at any point in their life.
The INFJ is the rarest personality type in the world and is merely a collection of contradictory traits which science doesn’t yet quite understand.
The INFJ should not be forced to conform to a society that is not right for their needs because they can hit a catastrophic point in their life if they keep trying to fit in to a world not designed for them.
Forcing them to be normal is like forcing a duck to transform into an elephant. It’s not going to work.
This personality type does not know a life without trauma. Trauma is familiar to them. Nearly everyone they’ve come across, someone has wanted to hurt them in some way because abusers are often drawn to this personality type. They are often diagnosed as either BPD during a crisis if they have CPTSD but it’s easily confused with NPD, BPD, or bipolar disorder type 1 associated with creativity. When this is actually CPTSD. Because the origin of the creative expression grows from the trauma whereas they are born an INFJ. ENFP’s and INFJ’s are usually neurodivergent.
It could be said that the INFJ has two neurodivergent parents who have a specific set of genes that create this personality type. Although it’s very rare. Many autistic individuals identify with this type, but the true meaning of being an INFJ is something that science has never managed to explain. In other words, they live with two contradictory personas. Dark INFJ’s are the most dangerous type, but Light INFJ’s help a lot of people.
They can explode in intense anger when hurt by someone or their values don’t align with their vision, but they’re a very forgiving personality type who when out of the ni-ti loop apologises to those around them for their pineal gland being activated.
Apparently the INFJ can make organisations panic with their profound intelligence with only words. I don’t think that’s true.
