CPTSD is a psychological trauma disorder. PTSD is not just caused by a singular event but multiple traumatic events can occur with this too. Yes you can have both at the same time.
Next:
To all INFJ’s. Stay calm. Don’t react. They’ll probably need us for something. Hence they’re saying “new force of nature at hand, stay back”. I also have trauma, that’s not a good combination.
