So everyone’s helping me now, but I have to get back to baseline to be able to go through trauma therapy.
I ended up sleeping when I came home, but I’m following the advice from those who have experienced profound trauma in their lives and risen above the surface whilst also writing to try and keep in the present moment.
If I can heal from this, despite my extensive trauma history especially prolonged in childhood, then I can prove either one or two things – that personality disorders don’t have to be permanent, or Carl Jung’s theories.
The PTSD attacks are the hardest battle to face, the hardest ones because not only do the internal memories come back, but so do the physical symptoms.
