CPTSD/Disorders of extreme stress not otherwise specified

I’m in agony with my stomach, agony with my and my swollen mouth.

Can’t eat can’t sleep can’t drink eat. I’ve lost so much weight. I’m now 42kg.

This is horrible.

I don’t actually understand what’s going on because I because I have struggled for years and my brain changed.
