These were my two diagnoses in England. Unfortunately, Scotland don’t have a very good mental health system, so I’m going to explain how you know if your symptoms are BPD or CPTSD.

This is a paper on DESNOS which arises from chronic childhood trauma which is what I had. Alongside this, if you have CPTSD, you will also have a diagnosis of “mixed personality disorder”. You will likely score 100% on anxious avoidant personality disorder and BPD and disorders of severe stress unspecified which is the same as DESNOS.
This is now known as CPTSD.
So CPTSD resembles multiple conditions. It’s a very complex illness with PTSD attacks.
What Scotland did, was ignore this. And recently write down “no symptoms of PTSD despite having PTSD attacks. Now if they were trying to help me, why would you do that? That’s the only reason I got in touch with a solicitor because the long term damage has been done, and they tried to cover it up some more, to potentially make my condition worse in the future, and then have the cheek to write I’m violent on my records because I reacted against their discrimination and I’ve never been violent in my life. Had a few fights as a child but who doesn’t?
So yes, I am unable to trust them. I’ve lost trust with my CPN, the health board, yeah. I think they were plotting against me all along, and unfortunately, it’s backfired on them because intelligence stays intact with PTSD and CPTSD. Because it’s a different area of the brain and I was actually born with a high IQ and Autism. So …
Sia also has CPTSD and Autism so her music will help you through.
I’m still fighting for survival. I just have differentiated consciousness now.
