I answered honestly, so how can I accept the label?
CPTSD makes more sense to me. And so does bipolar type 1 associated with creativity, so does PTSD, ASD, and ADHD. Except ASD and ADHD I was born with.
TEST 1:
Little or No Indication of Borderline Personality Disorder
Your answers suggest that there is Little or No indication that you are experiencing symptoms common among people with borderline personality disorder. However, this quiz is no substitute for a proper diagnosis from a health care professional, and we would encourage you to schedule an appointment with your doctor or other mental health professional now.
TEST 2:
Adult ADHD Screener Results
Your section score results are:
Section A: 5 A score of 4 or more indicates that “the patient has symptoms highly consistent with ADHD in adults and further investigation is warranted”. Only a clinician can diagnose ADHD.
Section B: 8 Your results for section B are not used directly in diagnosis but are instead used to help inform the conversation with your clinician.
TEST 3:
Your Results
Your responses suggest that some of your experiences are consistent with patterns seen in bipolar disorder. This does not mean you have a diagnosis, but it does indicate that a full assessment with a mental health professional would likely be helpful to better understand your symptoms and ways to feel better.
Symptoms of bipolar disorder often overlap with depression, anxiety, or even ADHD, so professional evaluation is essential to guiding your treatment.
Know that effective treatments are available, including medications, therapy, and lifestyle strategies, which can help to stabilize your mood and greatly increase your quality of life.
TEST 4: CPTSD
Very strong signs of C-PTSD
TEST 5:
Your Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) score is 61/80
I think his letter is chatting waffle mate. Clearly needs to go back to school. Can the government open a school for ignorant adults please? They need psychology lessons. It’s so funny because I didn’t even study on my psychology degree. When I got emotionally abused by army men I developed what Carl Jung said unexplained psychological abilities. I thought it was hilarious at the time and the police were driving me to the mental health team saying she has bipolar and everyone was ignoring it because the man who emotionally abused worked for the NHS so they were like she’s not bipolar she has been emotionally abused and she has PTSD. Then Steve Cargill came along and just had to remind me of that incident. Set me back in my recovery. Who does that? What in the Jesus on a cross is this?
They shouldn’t be allowed to throw labels around unless their absolutely certain it’s the correct one but they know they’ve done wrong. At least when I was sectioned on request by my ex partner, at least the psychiatrist who was amazing by the way considering the time frame he had, he wouldn’t have picked up the ADHD in that short period of time when the CPTSD masks it, which is understandable but that is an example of good clinical practice. NOT Steve Cargill.
Steve Cargill can go trigger someone else for all I care. I’m going to buy a hat and put in all the names of everyone who has abused me in life and the abusive situations I have faced and do a lucky dip – take one out at a time and pin them on a dart board to release my PTSD anger whenever I am angry with them because I hate injustice and discrimination. It’s like being stuck in an emotionally abusive washing machine on full spin whilst you’re sitting there, trying to heal, and they put the setting on faster until you spin and drain.
Me watching emotional manipulation collapse by higher up NHS managers
I’m an INFJ – I can crumble systems without lifting a finger or hurting anyone. My mind is so powerful I’ve transformed into a human pattern recognition surveillance machine and can see through anyone who intentionally hurts others who are already hurt. This is a song for the resistance.
The world needs healing – no more emotional abuse.
