CPTSD/Disorders of extreme stress not otherwise specified

I’ve been a bit contradictory because I can’t tell what’s my CPTSD vs the PTSD. I just didn’t have ptsd flashbacks till 2018. It is confusing for me.

Even with my intelligence I’m struggling to understand where things went wrong.
