Dissociative PTSD. Is probably BPD to be fair.
I mean…

Please tell me the difference?

If you look at the images above, all the core BPD symptoms are exactly the same as dissociative PTSD.
That’s why when they diagnosed me with BPD during my previous PTSD crisis when I had personality changes and the dissociative symptoms above, I thought – but “I don’t think it’s a personality disorder because this isn’t me”.
I think that’s why it can come and go.
So if I do have BPD on top of my CPTSD then it can only be the dissociative type of PTSD because that makes more sense to me, than being labelled as a “disordered” personality because my mental health is linked to repetitive abuse and trauma.
When I went onto TikTok hundreds of women were like “this isn’t BPD” but they were all diagnosed with ADHD. I think they’ve been diagnosing Rejection sensitivity dysphoria as BPD and BPD is actually dissociative PTSD.
I think I’m the 0.6% with real BPD. On top of my CPTSD. It’s still dissociative PTSD though, they can’t change my mind.
