I’m unstoppable today…

I feel really restless today. Just I’m so angry. With negative people, taking the mick out of the fact I was repetitively abused as a child. They keep asking me to “prove it”. When my ptsd attacks have been severe severe and they intentionally let me suffer. WHAT THE F IS WRONG WITH THE MENTAL HEALTH SYSTEM today. It’s seriously rubbish.

They think it’s funny.
