Separate to my AuDHD and PTSD/CPTSD but to be honest, are people surprised considering my whole childhood was trauma? I love the manic episodes. I’m a bit like Kanye West though in the sense that I have very short periods of depression which has very few suicidal thoughts. They think it’s a type of Autism because anyone with this type of bipolar was born with Autism and ADHD. But it’s very rare – it affects 0.6% of the population.
