CPTSD/Disorders of extreme stress not otherwise specified

I was diagnosed with disorders of extreme stress not otherwise specified throughout my life and “mixed personality disorder” in England. Put these together, and you get CPTSD, and then my dissociative PTSD on top. What an internal battle Steve. Always the woman’s fault though. 🙃🥴
