CPTSD/Disorders of extreme stress not otherwise specified

I experience PTSD attacks with my BPD symptoms.

It’s a painful process.

The mental health team won’t treat my CPTSD through trauma therapy, they’ve decided to go completely silent on me.

This is my fight for survival.

Steve Cargill wanted to bring me down.

And now I’ve asked for an investigation into why.

There’s a lot of evidence that contradicts what he wrote on paper in the outside community. So I’d like them to explain that one for me. Why did he want to hurt me? Why did he betray me like that? It broke me tbh. He made me realise I really can’t trust a man with my trauma history. Sometimes people just want to be helped. But what did Jesus say in the bible: “Those without sin cast the first stone…and they all walked away, because they were all guilty”.

I don’t think people understand how painful ptsd attacks are. If only they knew the level of fear and the intensity of the flashbacks, the vivid images, the distress, the physical symptoms.

If only they knew what that felt like. 💔
