As Steve Cargill letter and the highland council triggered my new CPTSD crisis, I’ll shortly be entering the spiritual universe again where I have flashbacks of past trauma and intense fear and pain again. Let’s see if I can get through it for a second time. Fingers crossed. 🤞

How many times do I have to go through this Carl Jung? I was definitely not ready for my spiritual awakening.
