The misconception of time and place in CPTSD

We look okay on the outside. We look calm. We look like we have it altogether. But do we?

When I’m time hopping; I can access different time periods. The 1800’s, where I see witches being burned, I don’t feel happy or sad, but I have difficulty controlling my emotions whilst inevitably feeling numb, rocking back and forth, whilst feeling like historical figures speak through me about changing the world.

This isn’t psychosis. This is quantum physics. Quantum physics has recently discovered that time is not linear. It happens at once. When you’ve been traumatised enough in life, you finally see it. The edge of the universe.

I was supposed to be born on Christmas Day. I was also isolated and left alone on Christmas Day.

Do people really think I can’t handle being alone? More the opposite. I can’t handle being around people. They cause more damage than what it’s worth.
